The Mohegan Council is actively seeking to bring additional Law Enforcement and Fire Department Explorer Posts into the Districts. We are also concentrating our efforts on opening Posts in the career fields of Healthcare, Manufacturing, Electronics, Hospitality and many more. If you work in a profession and think that an Exploring Post might work for your local youth, visit http://www.Exploring.org for more information about the program and if you’d like to join a local Post, please contact Joy Lapidus firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember, you can hold a place in a Troop at the same time as being an Explorer. And, you don’t have to be a ‘Scout’ to join Exploring. Adults and Leaders: Even though Summer Camp just started, Fall recruitment is around the corner – If your scouts friends are not into joining the traditional scouting program, there are plenty of ways to have new adventures and find your potential career too!
